1. When you have found the book you want, click on the button to add the product to your basket.  

2. Continue to add more items or click on .

3. If you have not ordered from us before, you must register your details by clicking on new customer.

4. Complete your details and click on

5. You will be given a personal identification number, please make a note of this or print it out as it will help in any future correspondence. Then click on the words 'click here' to continue.

6. When you have finished shopping click on from the 'My Basket' page.

7. Check your details and enter an alternative delivery address if required. Click on .

8. Choose one of the delivery options given  and click on .

9. Enter in your credit card details and click on . Alternatively click on and we will contact you to arrange payment.

10. Check all the details are correct and click on to finally send your order.

11. You will be given your customer ID number and order number once you have sent your order. Please quote these numbers if you need to contact us. Shortly after confirming the order you will receive confirmation by email.

Ordering Again 

If you want to order books again from the BAQ Computerbooks Computer Bookstore, all of your details will be brought up automatically at step 3 above. Enter in your e-mail address and password. Click on log in  from the 'My Account' button.

Using The Shopping Basket  

1. Remove – to remove a single item from your basket tick the remove box next to your item, then click on to change the corresponding values.


2. Quantity – to change the quantity you wish to order of an item change the number in the quantity box, then click on to change the corresponding values.


3. If you would like to remove all items from the shopping basket, click on .


4. When you are ready to proceed and order the contents of your shopping basket, click on .
